Tracking shipment:
1. Shipping Timeframe: We will ship all orders received Monday to Friday by the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays will be shipped by the next business day.
2. Shipping Options: On the checkout page, you should select one of the following shipping options and we will calculate the shipping cost based on your selection.
  Postal Service: Our standard shipping method is via Regular Postal Services. The shipping will take 2 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Shipping cost depends on weight, package dimensions, type of shipping service, etc. The freight/handling charge will be added to your total invoice balance.
Express Service: We can process your shipment via couriers such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator or other services available. The shipping charges are calculated based upon weight and dimensions of the package and the location of final destination. The freight/handling charge will be added to your total invoice balance.
3. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to you and will be listed on the Order Status page. You can track your shipment directly by clicking on the Order Status online or track with your tracking numbers provided by clicking on the courier company's link at the left page.
4. Package Before Shipment: Every unit of product is inspected to be free of defects before being shipped. Any damages occurred during shipment will not be replaced.
5. Out of Stock: If we are temporarily out of stock on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected shipping date.
6. Insurance: Please note that for every package shipped by courier companies such as FedEx and UPS, there will be a basic insurance coverage of about CAD$100 (subject to change by couriers) provided by the courier company respectively. If you want us to purchase extra insurance from couriers, please let us know at the time of order. Insurance fee will be added to the total freight/handling amount. If you want to ship your order by basic Regular Postal Service, no insurance and no tracking number will be provided.
7. Multiple Shipments: Shipments to more than one address need to be placed in separate orders, and will be processed independently. Only one shipping address is allowed per order.
